SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Chow Chow offers international shipping. All orders include tracking, which will be sent via email or can be accessed through your account once your order has been dispatched. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. All DHL shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please note: once a signature has been obtained, Chow Chow is not responsible for any lost or misplaced deliveries.

USA SHIPMENTS

As our orders ship from the UK, shipments valued over $500 USD may require additional clearance through DHL on behalf of U.S. Customs. This is a standard procedure, and you may be asked to provide your personal tax identification number to verify your status as the importer.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer complimentary worldwide express shipping via DHL for all orders over £1,000.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

All prices shown include UK VAT where applicable. For orders delivered outside the UK, local duties and taxes are not included and will be determined by customs upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
