RETURNS & EXCHANGES TERMS & CONDITIONS

To request a return or exchange, please contact info@chowchow.ltd within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept return requests made after this window.

All items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached — and must include the original packaging, including the Chow Chow mailing box. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and sent back to the customer.

For international orders, please note that duties and taxes are included in the product price shown at checkout. These fees are non-refundable, as they are collected by your local customs authority.

Returns will only be processed with an authorised return label provided by our team. We offer complimentary return shipping via DHL. Once approved, simply drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL service point.

Refunds are issued once we’ve received and inspected the returned item to ensure it meets our conditions.

Please note:

Personalized, bespoke, customized and altered items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES TERMS & CONDITIONS

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT/sales tax. Orders are shipped from the UK.

VAT/sales tax: If you return an item, the VAT/sales tax included in your purchase price will be refunded along with the product price.

Import duties & customs charges: These are not included in the checkout price and, where applicable, must be paid directly by the Customer to their national customs authorities. Import duties and customs charges are non-refundable.
