RETURNS & EXCHANGES TERMS & CONDITIONS

To request a return or exchange, please contact info@chowchow.ltd within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept return requests made after this window.

All items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached — and must include the original packaging, including the Chow Chow mailing box. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and sent back to the customer.

For international orders, please note that duties and taxes are included in the product price shown at checkout. These fees are non-refundable, as they are collected by your local customs authority.

Returns will only be processed with an authorised return label provided by our team. We offer complimentary return shipping via DHL. Once approved, simply drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL service point.

Refunds are issued once we’ve received and inspected the returned item to ensure it meets our conditions.

DUTIES AND TAXES TERMS & CONDITIONS

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of shipping duties and taxes. Orders are shipped from the UK. For orders outside of the UK, please be aware that duties and taxes are included in the product price shown on the website, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes. Please note that these charges are collected by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities.
